“It’s fallen far from what it used to be, jacuzzi is broken the sauna is closed. Kids were hanging on the wall that separates the inside pool from the outside. It needs updating bad”

“Walking distance to the casino. Didn’t have any food served at the hotel. Bar was closed on Sunday. Remote wouldn’t work for the tv the morning we checked out!”

“This was the worst hotel experience. First room received was not acceptable. The carpeting was a hazard, it had ripples/buckling every 4-5 inches and the room smelled like smoke. Second room received was not quite as bad in regard to the carpeting (however the carpeting was still quite worn, but not a tripping hazard), but the furniture was stained, not clean, and had a foul smell. Pay attention to the last part. Kudos to the staff, very friendly, clean & great amenities. We will be back as we find ourselves around these parts frequently.”

“The staff at the front desk could be a little nicer. The room was fine, and the breakfast was very good. Expedia needs to label the rooms for those guest that have pets. It was a problem at checking in.”
