“Room smelled musty, wet and was just generally not maintained. Co workers who where in the same hotel mentioned similar experiences so no point in asking for a new room. I was only here because my trip was last minute and everything better was booked. I will avoid this next time, as you should.”

“The views were beautiful. We enjoyed being able to have our pup with us with no charge. The restaurant was out of a lot of things, but we were kind of in off-season. We loved being able to rent a golf cart to explore.”

“Very clean hotel. The breakfast could use some improvements.”

“No one was waiting at the front desk when I arrived. I had to keep ringing the bell to get checked in. The bedding smelled sour and the room had roaches. Other than that, the stay was okay, but I wouldn't book here again.”

“Bathroom Floor is so slippery when wet it is a lawyer suit waiting to happen.”

“I had room 317 and the ac was so loud like woke up from it loud. The bathroom door didn't close.”

“The staff that's in for breakfast was very kind and helpful.”

“Went for breakfast first day half hour before the sign side they closed. I asked front desk about the hours. The next day went back down early for breakfast and the sign was ripped off the wall. Spent 5 days there and expected breakfast so I would save on at least one meal a day for my family but didn’t get a single one.”

“Never seen a staff member after checking in and checking out room was nasty the chair had stains behind the bed had crumbs on the floor no pool had four lamps only two of them worked no vent in the bathroom breakfast was waffles on cold cereal they only give you one towel and wash cloth per person they want you to reuse the towels and your wash cloth never again will I stay at any super 8”

“The building doesn’t have an elevator so my brother had to carry my heavy suitcase to the second floor. He hurt his back doing so. The lobby and hallways were hot. I don’t think they ran the A/C out there. I was able to control the temp in my room though. The drain in the bathroom was super slow. The TV would turn itself off after watching for 1 hour. It did that hour after hour.”
